How PERS Works

1. Simply Press the Button
Your PERS console is designed for wall mount, tabletop or bedside placement. It features a large emergency button. You can either press the wearable personal transmitter or console button to get assistance.

2. Get Immediate Contact

The console will receive your signal and will automatically place a call immediately to the Emergency Monitoring Center.

3. Say What You Require

A trained professional at the Emergency Monitoring Center will directly talk to you to assess the situation and determine the help you need. They'll stay on the line until assistance arrives.

4. Get the Help You Requested

Depending on what your situation is, the Emergency Monitoring Center professional will call the person you designated such as a family member, friend, neighbor or emergency personnel.

Land Line Connection: $23.00 per month

(Includes unit, transmitter button, monitoring fee, and maintenance unit.)

Cellular Communication: $28.00 per month
